Appointment information for all facials and treatments.


I have been very lucky with my clients since opening that I decided not to enforce the deposit and cancellation policy. However, in recent weeks, I have had quite a few clients who have not attended or, have given less then 48 hours notice that they can’t attend or need to reschedule.

In light of this, all new appointments will require a 50% deposit to secure your treatment. This is non refundable or transferable if you cancel your appointment with less then 48 hours notice. 

I understand that ‘things’ happen but I’m sure that you can appreciate that as a small business, I can’t afford to keep having no shows and regular cancellations as it does not allow me anytime to book another client in. 

For clients who currently have appointments booked with me, this does not affect you unless you need to change/reschedule your appointment. 

Patch test appointments are also changing. You will be required to pay a £10 deposit for all patch test appointments. If you then decide to book a follow up appointment, this £10 will be deducted from your treatment. 

To pay your deposit, you will be emailed an invoice with a secure link to make payment. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been made. 

If you are booking a course of facials, payment is required in full prior to first appointment. Cancellation of courses with less then 2 weeks notice will not be refunded. If more then 2 weeks notice is given, you can have a refund minus any cost of materials and products purchased for your treatment. 

Lastly, if you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment I will not be able to see you and you forfeit your deposit. I can appreciate that you may be stuck in traffic etc, so if you are going to be late, please let me know so that I can determine whether I will have enough time to carry out your treatments. 

For training courses, you are required to pay in full. Once payment is received, you will be emailed all course materials. Training courses are non-refundable.
